- Good for SKIL tool owners needing spare batteries; skip if you're still deciding on a cordless system.
Amazon has the SKIL PWR CORE 12 2-Pack 2.0Ah 12V USB-C Battery and Charger Starter Kit on sale for $47.23, as first reported by Slickdeals. Shipping is free.
The kit includes two rechargeable 2.0Ah batteries and a charger, which makes it a reasonable starter option if you already own SKIL PWR CORE 12V tools or are considering building a collection. The USB-C charging port means you can top up the batteries using common cables and power adapters you probably already have around the house.
This is a good buy for anyone committed to the SKIL 12V line who needs backup batteries. If you’re still deciding whether to invest in a cordless tool system, a two-battery kit gives you flexibility: one battery charging while you work with the other. The price is solid for what you’re getting, though you’ll want to confirm these batteries are compatible with the specific SKIL tools you own before ordering.
